Bringing more than a decade of experience across landscape, horticulture, and operations, Andy combines strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and a passion for creating healthier, more sustainable outdoor spaces. His background in project management, environmental practices, and landscape operations allows him to guide projects from initial consultation through long-term care, helping homeowners and organizations build landscapes that thrive.
At Rose City Hoes, Andy blends project leadership, plant knowledge, and a dirt-under-the-fingernails approach to help transform outdoor spaces. Beyond his work in landscapes, he serves as Vice President of FIDO Pet Food Bank, supporting programs that provide resources for families, seniors, veterans, and their pets. Because every great landscape needs the right roots, the right care, and the right hoe for the job.

Justin Prouty
With more than a decade of experience in the tree care industry, Justin brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the Rose City Hoes team. His background spans tree risk assessment, urban forestry, utility arboriculture, tree pest and disease diagnosis, and wildfire fuel reduction.
His diverse field experience and advanced training allow him to provide thoughtful, science-based arboricultural consulting tailored to each client's unique needs. He iscommitted to helping property owners make informed decisions that promote the long-term health, safety, and resilience of their trees.
Passionate about connecting with clients, he enjoys sharing his knowledge andhelping people care for one of their property's most valuable natural assets. He believes informed stewardship leads to healthier trees, safer landscapes, and stronger communities.

Born and raised in the Philippines and now based in Portland, Oregon, she brings a cross-cultural perspective, collaborative spirit, and thoughtful approach to every project she leads.
Passionate about creativity, sustainability, and social impact, Auralyn is inspired by work that builds connection and community. Her love for plants began by watching her parents and their friends gather to share gardening tips, visit nurseries, improve each other’s gardens, and even move boulders together to transform their outdoor spaces. Those moments showed her how landscapes can bring people together and create a deeper connection between nature and community.
