Andy brings more than a decade of experience in landscape, horticulture, and landscape operations, combining strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and a passion for creating healthier, more sustainable outdoor spaces. His background in project management, environmental practices, and landscape management allows him to guide projects from initial consultation through long-term care, helping homeowners and organizations make informed decisions about their landscapes and create outdoor spaces that thrive.
At Rose City Hoes, Andy combines project leadership, plant knowledge, and a dirt-under-the-fingernails approach to landscape consulting, plant care, and sustainable outdoor solutions. He enjoys helping clients better understand their landscapes and make informed decisions about the plants, trees, and outdoor spaces they care for.
Beyond his work in landscapes, Andy serves as Vice President of FIDO Pet Food Bank, supporting programs that provide resources for families, seniors, veterans, and their pets. Because every great landscape needs the right roots, the right care, and the right hoe for the job.

His diverse field experience and advanced training give him a well-rounded understanding of tree health, safety, and management.
At Rose City Hoes, Justin provides thoughtful, science-based arborist consulting and tree care guidance tailored to each client’s property and goals. He helps homeowners, organizations, and property owners better understand their trees and make informed decisions that support their long-term health, safety, and resilience.
Passionate about connecting with clients, Justin enjoys sharing his knowledge and helping people care for one of their property’s most valuable natural assets. He believes informed stewardship leads to healthier trees, safer landscapes, and stronger communities.

Born and raised in the Philippines, she brings a cross-cultural perspective, collaborative spirit, and thoughtful approach to projects that connect creativity with meaningful business and community impact.
Passionate about creativity, sustainability, and social impact, Auralyn is inspired by work that builds connection and community. Her love for plants and gardening began by watching her parents and their friends gather to share gardening tips, visit nurseries, improve each other’s gardens, and even move boulders together to transform their outdoor spaces.
